Senior Accountant

We're hiring a Senior Accountant to join a growing global manufacturing company as a key player on its finance team in Creve Coeur, Missouri. If you have strong technical accounting skills, a proactive and analytical mindset, experience with compensation and benefits accounting, and are looking for long-term career growth within a dynamic international organization, this could be the opportunity for you. What You'll Do Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely close processes. Analyze financial results, identify trends and variances, and provide insights to support business decisions. Partner with Human Resources and other business teams to resolve accounting issues and ensure accurate reporting of employee-related expenses. Manage accounting activities related to accruals, prepaids, payroll, benefits, relocation expenses, tariffs, and other balance sheet and income statement accounts. Support budgeting and forecasting activities by preparing analyses and monitoring departmental spending. Assist with internal and external audits by preparing schedules, responding to requests, and maintaining supporting documentation. Contribute to process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and special projects that strengthen financial controls and reporting efficiency. To Succeed, It Would Help If You Have Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience with a large company and/or public accounting firm. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, accrual accounting, and variance analysis. Experience with ERP and financial systems such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor XA, OneStream, or BlackLine is a plus. What's In It for You Competitive salary of $90,000-$100,000.
