Home Care Worker
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers in Romulus, MI. In this role, you will provide essential in-home support to clients to help them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks and errands as needed.
- Monitor client health and report any concerns to healthcare professionals or supervisors.
- Ensure client safety and well-being at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with clients' families and healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Prior experience in home care or a related field preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Romulus, MI.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Pass background checks.
