Crosby A.I., backed by top investors like Sequoia Capital and Bain Capital Ventures, is a successful, groundbreaking legaltech startup building both an agentic A.I. tool to assist with contract automation, as well as the law firm that uses those tools. Instead of selling our proprietary technology to other firms we are competing with them by providing fast, efficient contract negotiation to high growth companies with lean legal teams. The entire process at Crosby is overseen by our elite in-house lawyers ensuring quality and efficiency. Crosby now has over 90 clients such as Cursor, Ramp, Hebbia, Tishman Speyer, and more. After a $60 million series B funding round ($80 million raised in less than a year) we're seeking a driven, commercially minded attorney to drive deals, build client relationships, and help shape our A.I. tools. You’ll be: An early hire on our NY legal team (#7), running commercial deals for some of the fastest growing, most innovative startups in the world. This is the highest level legal role at the Crosby. Joining a great culture while maintaining quality work, with no billable hours. This role is onsite in our Soho office Monday-Friday. At the forefront of A.I. and legal tech using our latest tools and working with our engineers to help shape those tools. Qualifications Must have at least 3 years of experience in BigLaw within a Tech Trans practice. If you have in‑house experience in addition that is a plus. Credentials from a top thirty law school is required. Must be admitted to the bar in the U.S. J.D. or LLM is ok. Must have the intangibles needed to help build a company. No job is too small (or big), creative problem solving, etc. Work with a small, elite team to change the way legal work is done.
