H&R Block - - Responsibilities: Provide seasonal hiring support in the H&R Block applicant tracking system and administrative support to the District Operations Coordinator (DOC); Provide hands on Tax Office Associate support with Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) renewal/payment; Receive communications from offices about supplies, facilities, or support; document issue, research solutions, and escalate as needed; Source vendors for local facility tickets and coordinate payment processes; Review and verify invoices and prepare payments in Coupa and/or corporate credit card for DOC approval
