The ideal candidate is someone who can operate confidently with leadership and manage diverse requisitions. Key Requirements (What You Pitch to Candidates) · Strong experience in technical recruiting Software Engineers (Frontend + Backend) · Data Engineers · Traditional Engineering roles · Experience with sales hiring Call center / customer care reps · Outside sales reps · Pharma / medical device sales (nice to have) · Ability to handle high-volume reqs · Strong executive presence Can push back / “hold the line” with hiring managers · Background in large enterprise environments · Stable career history (no frequent job hopping) · Ideal Candidate Profile Think of someone like: · 8–12+ years recruiting experience · Mix of corporate + agency or enterprise in-house · Has supported both tech + business roles · Comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders
