Attend every appointment booked by Inside Sales within 48 hours, prepared with pre-call company research Run structured discovery calls to identify pain, quantify risk, and confirm fit Attend events and networking meetings for prospecting Conduct on-site or virtual technical assessments with the Sales Manager or senior technician Build internally reviewed and approved proposals Present proposals in live meetings Manage the full sales cycle from first meeting through signed agreement Maintain a pipeline of at least three times the monthly MRR target in active, dated opportunities Hand off closed clients to account management with complete discovery notes Feed objection patterns, competitive intelligence, and ideal customer profile learnings to Inside Sales Multi-thread prospect accounts to identify the economic buyer, technical champion, and potential veto holders Self-generate pipeline during the first 60 to 90 days while attending and closing Inside Sales appointments Requirements 3 to 5 years of B2B Account Executive sales experience, ideally in managed IT, telecommunications, SaaS, or technology services Demonstrated track record closing deals averaging $10,000 or more per month in recurring revenue Consultative selling approach, diagnosing before prescribing Comfort presenting proposals to business owners, CFOs, CTOs, CIOs, COOs, and mixed buying committees Experience managing a pipeline inside a CRM such as HubSpot, ConnectWise, Salesforce, or equivalent Basic working literacy in Microsoft 365, networking concepts, and cybersecurity fundamentals Based in Nevada or willing to relocate Hunter mentality and ability to self-generate pipeline through outbound activity, networking, and other tools Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in B2B sales with a consultative approach, effectively managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
