Membership Advisor
The Edge Fitness Clubs
The Edge Fitness Clubs is seeking a motivated Membership Advisor to drive new membership growth and deliver exceptional service in a high-energy club environment. You will conduct tours, consult with prospects on their fitness goals, and recommend membership options that fit their needs and budget. Responsibilities include lead generation, outbound and inbound calls, follow-up on digital inquiries, and accurate processing of memberships and payments. You’ll collaborate closely with the club team to hit sales targets, support events and promotions, and ensure a welcoming experience for all members. This role offers hands-on experience in fitness, sales, and customer service, plus training, advancement opportunities, and performance-based incentives.
