Treasury Sales Officer II - Global Payment Solutions - Middle Market

Responsibilities The Treasury Sales Officer (TSO) manages and pursues treasury revenue streams and product penetration across an assigned portfolio of Middle Market firms with corporate revenues of $100 million to $2 billion. Partners with Relationship Bankers, GPS Product Specialists and others to develop and deliver customized treasury solutions. Act as digital ambassador driving mobile, digital and real-time payments adoption, and lead strategic dialogues around client-centric issues using best practices, benchmarking, analytics, and solutioning positioning. Responsible for revenue growth, client calling initiatives, portfolio development, pricing, RFP/RFI responses, call preparations, and leading client-facing treasury presentations. Identify and evaluate treasury solutions using client-focused cost/benefit and bank profitability analyses. Maintain strong client focus while understanding operational aspects of the bank; lead strategic dialogues and ensure high levels of goal achievement and ongoing performance improvement. Drive revenue growth, profitability, client planning, portfolio development, pricing strategy, and proposal/presentation development and delivery. Focus on client relationships from growing new relationships to deepening existing ones by identifying client needs. Ensure responsible revenue and balance sheet growth, profitability improvement, client calling and planning, and leads client-facing treasury presentations. Partner with bankers and product specialists to develop customized treasury solutions based on client-focused and bank-focused analyses. Lead pricing and negotiation discussions to optimize relationship profitability and YoY growth. Coach Treasury Analysts and collaborate with Servicing and Implementation teams to support client needs.
