Join a dedicated healthcare team in the Midwest region, providing compassionate clinical support and patient care management. In this role, you will assist with patient care directly and through delegation, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards and guidelines. Your responsibilities include responding to patient inquiries, triaging calls, and offering reassurance and clear instructions. You will facilitate efficient healthcare delivery by preparing patients for examinations, obtaining vital signs, and documenting medical records accurately. Collaborating closely with physicians, you will assist in testing, treatment procedures, minor surgeries, and physicals, while managing sample medications and patient education materials. Maintaining a clean, well-stocked clinical environment and ensuring all instruments and equipment are sterile and functional are also key duties.

Education: Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing Program, along with a high school diploma or equivalent, is required.

Experience: Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred to effectively support patient care and physician needs.

Requirements: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a warm, patient-centered approach are essential for success in this role.
