As a Tax Senior Accountant, you'll:

• Work directly with partners and firm leaders on meaningful client engagements
\n
• Serve as a trusted advisor to privately held businesses, families, and individuals
\n
• Develop technical expertise while expanding your advisory and consulting skills

• Mentor and support the next generation of accounting professionals

What You'll Do

\n
• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and S corporations
\n
• Assist clients with tax planning, projections, and strategic decision-making
\n
• Research and resolve complex tax issues
\n
• Collaborate with partners and managers on consulting and advisory engagements
\n
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through responsive, proactive service
\n
• Mentor staff accountants and interns while supporting team development
\n
• Help identify opportunities to create additional value for clients
\n

What We're Looking For

Experience

\n
• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience
\n

Technical Knowledge

\n
• Strong experience preparing and reviewing 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S tax returns
\n
• Experience with tax planning and projections
\n

Credentials

\n
• CPA license preferred or actively pursuing licensure
\n

Relationship Focus

• Ability to communicate complex tax matters clearly and effectively
