Data Analytics Manager – Onsite in East Syracuse, NY We are conducting a search for a Data Analytics Manager to join a well-established, growing organization in the East Syracuse area. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for driving business intelligence, reporting, and data analytics initiatives that support strategic decision-making across the organization. You'll partner with leadership, develop meaningful dashboards and KPIs, and help transform data into actionable business insights. Responsibilities Lead business intelligence and analytics initiatives. Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics. Analyze business data to identify trends and opportunities. Partner with leaders to support data‑driven decision making. Ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity. Improve reporting processes and operational efficiencies. Manage analytics projects and mentor team members. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting. Previous leadership experience preferred. Strong SQL and Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platform experience. Advanced Excel and data visualization skills. Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
