Conduct thorough evaluations of patients across all ages, employing both standardized assessments and observational methodologies.

Create tailored treatment strategies that encapsulate immediate goals as well as long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing challenges.

Deliver one-on-one speech therapy sessions centered on language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.

Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physical and occupational therapists, physicians, nurses, families, and caregivers, to devise comprehensive care plans.

Provide education and resources for patients and their families to foster progress beyond therapy sessions.

Assist with occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring that continuity of care is at the forefront of your practice.

Keep precise and timely documentation in alignment with health regulations and best practices.

Commit to ongoing learning through continuing education and networking with peers in the field.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet certified by ASHA.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, required within a month of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based therapy techniques suitable for all ages, with a deep understanding of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
