Join our dynamic team as an XPEL PPF installer, where your expertise will transform vehicle aesthetics and protection! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality paint protection film (PPF) to a variety of vehicles, enhancing their appearance and safeguarding their surfaces. Your mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and customer service skills will drive exceptional results and customer satisfaction. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills while working with cutting-edge materials and tools in a controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Precisely utilize plotter cut, and install PPF on different vehicle models using manual hand tools.
• Ensure proper fitting of XPEL Ppf materials to manufacturer specifications.
• Operate vehicles safely for service and or pickup.
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively while maintaining strict safety protocols such as power tool safety procedures.
• Handle automotive glass materials with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and disposal in compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform vehicle detailing post-installation to ensure a clean finish that meets quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete auto estimating tasks and provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed.
• Proven dealership experience or background working in automotive service centers is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) calibration or installation is a plus.
