Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Real Estate Market Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen analytical mind and a deep understanding of the real estate industry. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing market data, identifying trends, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze data on real estate market trends, including property sales, rental rates, vacancy rates, and demographic factors.
Monitor economic indicators and governmental policies that may impact the real estate market.
Conduct feasibility studies and market research for potential real estate projects.
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments, such as development, finance, and marketing, to support strategic initiatives.
Stay updated on industry news and best practices in real estate market analysis.
Assist in the development of investment strategies and risk assessments.
Provide support for ad-hoc projects and requests related to real estate market analysis.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in real estate market analysis, preferably in commercial real estate.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications.
Knowledge of geographic information systems (GIS) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for real estate and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
