Position Full‑Time Production Associate Overview Ardent Mills is the leading flour milling and ingredients company in North America. We seek passionate individuals to join our team as Production Associates in our Alton, IL plant. This role supports the production of nutritious products, applies quality safety standards, and contributes to the success of our diverse team. Key Responsibilities Operate utility systems and equipment to support plant operations. Perform sanitation duties to maintain food safety requirements. Assist in achieving production goals and maintain smooth operations. Rotate through various positions and shifts as needed. Adhere to safety procedures and use personal protective equipment. Qualifications Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving skills. Reliable, hardworking, and willing to take on a “can‑do” attitude. Open to learning new skills and supporting teammates. Adaptable to diverse work areas and shift patterns. Emphasis on safety and pride in work. Physical Requirements Ascend and descend stairs multiple times per day. Climb ladders, steps, and extensions. Lift up to 50 pounds and exert 20 pounds of force. Stand, walk, rotate, bend, stoop, twist, crouch, kneel, balance, and reach within shoulder level. Wear personal protective equipment in various indoor and outdoor conditions. Maintain a clean, shaven appearance in areas requiring respiratory protection.
