Job Description

Estate & Retirement Financial Advisor (1099 – Commission Only)
Pre-Qualified Appointments | High Production Opportunity | No Prospecting

This opportunity is built for experienced, high-performing Financial Advisors who want to focus on production without the burden of lead generation or administrative work.

You will meet with pre-qualified clients who have requested retirement and estate planning guidance, supported by a full-service team handling scheduling, case management, and processing.

What You’ll Do

Meet with clients actively seeking retirement and estate planning solutions
Provide recommendations using annuity and insurance-based strategies
Manage cases with support from internal operations team
Focus on client relationships and production

Compensation

1099 independent contractor
Commission-only structure (no base salary)
Earnings vary based on production and activity level
Opportunity for high income potential; no guaranteed earnings

Requirements

Active Life & Health license (required)
One of the following required: Series 65, Series 66 & Series 7 combination, or ChFC designation
Proven success in financial services, insurance, or consultative sales
Strong closing and client relationship skills
Ability to manage schedule and travel within territory
Clean regulatory background (if applicable)
