We re looking for a motivated Family Nurse Practitioner with recent Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Urgent Care experience who is comfortable practicing autonomously and committed to evidence-based care. Your Opportunity As a MinuteClinic Nurse Practitioner, you ll work alongside a dedicated clinical care team to provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population. What You ll Do Provide evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health conditions. Evaluate and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries. Perform routine examinations and diagnostic testing. Provide preventive care, health screenings, wellness education, and chronic disease management. Counsel patients on healthy lifestyle choices and encourage active participation in their healthcare. Coordinate treatment and care plans with other healthcare professionals. Manage patient appointments and follow-up care. Support clinic operations, including inventory, insurance verification, payment collection, and maintaining a clean environment. Practice autonomously while collaborating with a dedicated clinical care team. Advocate for patients and contribute to improved health outcomes. Location MinuteClinic Chattanooga, TN 1150-A Hixson Pike Chattanooga, TN 37405 This is an in-person, patient-facing position with onsite requirements as needed. Schedule Full-time opportunity Up to 40 hours per week Monday Friday: 8:00 AM 7:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM Sunday: 9:00 AM 4:30 PM Weekend and holiday rotations may apply. What We re Looking For Master's degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program . Current national board certification. Current Tennessee NP/APRN license in good standing. Minimum 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Urgent Care. Strong understanding of quality measurement and chronic disease management. Excellent clinical judgment and ability to practice autonomously. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals. Proficiency with electronic medical systems and technology. Flexibility and willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed.
