Patient Representative/Front Desk

Advanced Medical Management, Inc.

Excelsia Injury Care provides management services to a network of healthcare companies, supporting them in delivering comprehensive rehabilitation, diagnostic, surgical, and pain management services for individuals affected by post‑traumatic neuro‑musculoskeletal injuries. With 100+ patient care centers across the Mid‑Atlantic, Midwest, and Mountain West regions, we ensure accessible, high‑quality care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Duties Ensure customers' expectations are exceeded by directing and communicating patient needs effectively and efficiently Answer phone calls courteously, collect and document detailed information, and route phone calls appropriately based on office protocols Efficiently provide basic office administrative support tasks such as emails, updating spreadsheets, e‑faxing, etc. Follow HIPAA regulations Communicate efficiently via phone and email Communicate information to patients regarding procedures being, or to be, performed Work as part of a team and also work independently Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements High School diploma or GED equivalent Knowledge of insurance plans, workers’ compensation, personal injury, and HIPAA guidelines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of computer applications, including Windows, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Strong problem solving and organizational skills Ability to multi‑task Confidence in working independently Typing – 50+ WPM Ability to effectively interact with doctors, attorneys, patients, and co‑workers Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
