Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design individualized therapy strategies to help them achieve their goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and daily activities.
• Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with a diverse group of healthcare professionals, including OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide integrated patient care.
• Instruct Patients and Families: Provide education to patients and caregivers on therapy methods to ensure ongoing improvements at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatments as needed to keep patients on track for success.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Opportunities for continuing education and post-graduate certifications will be supported.

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is required.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
