We are seeking experienced Med Surge/Telemetry Registered Nurses for a 13-week contract assignment at a leading healthcare facility in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Med Surg and Telemetry patients.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize changes in patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient assessments and care accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards.

MUST HAVES:

• Minimum 18 months of combined permanent experience in the specialty applying for (preferred within one facility but can be combined).
• Minimum 18 months of recent Med Surge/Telemetry experience required (travel experience accepted).
• Active Ohio RN License or Compact State License in hand.
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Current NIHSS certification.
