What You'll Be Doing Process and manage a high volume of purchase orders with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Review pricing, quantities, specifications, and delivery requirements to ensure order accuracy. Create, update, and maintain purchase orders within internal systems and Excel‑based reports. Coordinate daily with suppliers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams regarding orders, updates, and discrepancies. Monitor and resolve pricing, inventory, and order‑related issues in a timely manner. Maintain accurate purchasing records, documentation, and compliance‑related paperwork. Support operational reporting, process improvement initiatives, and special projects. Serve as a key communication link between suppliers, operations, and sales teams. What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, order management, supply chain, logistics, or related operations roles. Proven experience handling high‑volume workloads with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with pricing, quantities, and data‑driven decisions. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs Pivot Tables Data Analysis & Reporting Macros preferred Excellent communication and follow‑up skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Experience with ERP systems, purchasing platforms, EDI, or ticketing systems is a plus.
