Senior Financial Analyst

Seeking a Sales Finance professional with 4-6 years of experience in FP&A/sales finance, strong P&L ownership, pricing and profitability analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, and the ability to influence sales leadership through data-driven business insights Requirements Sales Finance experience supporting pricing, promotions, customer profitability, rebates/incentives, and sales performance analysis Strong financial modeling and analytical skills to evaluate dealer/product bids and make business recommendations Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and P&L management Ability to prepare and present monthly and quarterly business reports for leadership Experience using data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and profitability improvements Strong partnership skills with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams to influence decisions and improve business performance Ability to work independently, handle ad hoc requests, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting 4-6 years of relevant finance experience preferably in Retail Industry.
