Dual Hotel Operations Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive, hands‑on Hotel Operations Manager to support the daily functions of our hotel and ensure a seamless guest experience. The role oversees multiple departments, drives operational efficiency, and supports team performance and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Hire, train, schedule, and supervise all hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance. Oversee daily property operations to ensure high guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Qualifications Minimum three years of hotel front office experience, with at least one year at the supervisory level. High school diploma or equivalent; higher‑level education is preferred.
