Requirements Contracts Administration: Develop and implement policies and procedures for contract management and legal compliance. Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation of contracts. Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts and agreements. Collaborate with internal departments to provide guidance and support regarding contracts. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Oversee the contract administration process, including the preparation, execution, and storage of contracts. Monitor contract performance and ensure all obligations are met. Conduct audits of contracts to ensure compliance with company standards. Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 compliance and participate in audits. Legal: Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations. Collaborate with internal departments to provide proactive legal guidance and support. Collaborate with outside counsel as needed to ensure legal compliance. Collaborate with outside counsel to manage, resolve, and mitigate legal disputes and issues as they arise. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations and industry standards. Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate matters. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach staff. Job Qualification Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Arizona. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in corporate law and contract management.
