Supervisor - Dental

With clinics located across Fresno, Kings, and Tulare counties, our team works together to deliver accessible, high-quality care to every patient.Job Summary:The Supervisor leads the department to improve the overall dental health of patients.RESPONSIBILITESOversee activities of the dental department.Carrying out and attaining the mission and the goals of ACHC within the department.Development of a culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, employee retention and development, and high performance.Personal ongoing self-development and personal growth as an employee.Development procedures and systems to build the program and improve the quality, productivity and overall effectiveness of the department.Provide oversight and direction to the employees in the operating unit in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment.Provide effective performance feedback through employee recognition, rewards, and disciplinary action, with the assistance of Human Resources.Maintain employee work schedules including assignments, training, vacations, and cover for absenteeism.Maintain transparent communication.
