Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and personable Fundraising Sales Associate to join our team in Austin, TX.

In this role, you will represent fundraising initiatives, engage with potential supporters, communicate campaign goals, and help build strong relationships that contribute to successful fundraising outcomes.

This position is ideal for someone who is confident, goal-oriented, and interested in strengthening their communication, sales, and relationship-building abilities within a professional and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective supporters and clearly communicate fundraising initiatives and objectives.
• Present campaign information in a professional, engaging, and persuasive manner.
• Build positive relationships with individuals and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
• Assist in reaching individual and team fundraising goals.
• Respond to questions and provide accurate information regarding campaigns and initiatives.
• Maintain organized records of interactions, progress, and fundraising activity.
• Collaborate with team members to improve outreach and engagement strategies.
• Participate in training, development sessions, and team meetings.
• Represent Skillbridge Academy with professionalism and integrity.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, and results-focused work environment.
