Associate Assembler/Machine Operator (13480)

Adecco is currently recruiting for multiple Associate Assembler and Machine Operator positions to work with a client in Utica, NY . These are long-term temporary roles with a starting pay rate of $16 per hour

1st-7:00am-3:30pm

2nd- 3:00pm-11:30pm

This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable hands-on manufacturing experience in the medical device industry with a global company.

If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with repetitive hands-on work, you are encouraged to apply - previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required as training is provided.

What you'll do: As an Associate Assembler, you will help assemble, inspect, package, and prepare medical device products for shipment. This may include:

• Assembling, inspecting, packaging, and labeling medical device products, including electrodes and related components

• Loading/unloading parts, trimming materials, and following established work instructions

• Operating basic production equipment and notifying a supervisor of any issues

• Performing visual quality checks and using basic gauges as needed

• Completing labels, production logs, and other required paperwork

• Keeping the work area clean, organized, and aligned with safety and quality standards

Machine Operator

Key Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated electrode manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.

• Set up, start, adjust, and troubleshoot Autoline equipment to maintain product quality and production output.

• Perform routine inspections and in-process quality checks to verify product specifications and compliance with established standards.

• Load raw materials and components into production equipment and ensure proper material flow throughout the manufacturing process.

• Identify, document, and escalate equipment malfunctions, process deviations, or quality concerns.

• Complete required production documentation, batch records, and electronic transactions accurately and timely.

• Conduct line clearances and support product changeovers according to standard operating procedures.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with GMP, safety, and company requirements.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and workflow.

• Work collaboratively with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Production leadership to resolve issues and achieve production goals.

• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and regulatory requirements.

• Train and assist other operators as needed and demonstrate flexibility across multiple autoline operations.

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
