Be the specialist who keeps our products on spec and our customers confident.
Your Impact- Execute inspections, measurements, and functional tests to confirm compliance with established standards.
- Record results with precision; report anomalies, defects, and trends to the right stakeholders.
- Assist in authoring and refining quality control procedures and checklists.
- Work side-by-side with production to identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive problem-solving through root cause analysis and corrective action activities.
- Maintain organized logs, test data, and dashboards of quality metrics.
- Support training and refreshers on quality methods and best practices.

Must-Haves- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Keen attention to detail with strong analytical ability.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with quality management systems and quality tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis software.
- Previous experience in a quality assurance or quality control role.
- Further education or training related to quality.
You’re methodical, curious, and proactive—able to translate inspection data into clear actions that elevate product quality and process performance.
