They are an active member of the treatment team and provide staff education on psychological issues as needed. The Psychologist is also assigned responsibilities for quality assurance monitoring to ensure the highest level of care for their patients.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical and consultation services in compliance with professional standards and facility policiesDeliver direct clinical services, crisis management, psychological testing, and evaluation as required to meet mental health service needs.Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards of care and participate in case staffing and quality improvement activities.Develop and implement goals and objectives for clinical services provided and assist with staff recruitment and selection.Participate in supervision, staff development, crisis intervention, and other administrative and managerial responsibilities as needed.Qualifications & RequirementsEducationDoctorate in psychology and experience with mental health delivery systemsExperienceSignificant professional experience in the mental field that indicates knowledge of diagnosis and treatment of psychological disorders and psychological evaluation techniques, including psychological assessment instrumentsLicenses/CertificationsLicensed to practice psychology in the State of employment by the appropriate state licensing agencyThis position is available only to those who reside in the United States.We Are an Equal Employment Opportunity EmployerWe value the contributions of team members with a broad range of experiences, skills, and perspectives and are committed to providing equal employment opportunity for all.We encourage you to apply!
