Position Overview We are currently seeking Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) all over Florida, we part time and full time positions open. The BCBA will be responsible for overseeing treatment programs, supervising behaviour technicians, and partnering with families to create positive, lasting outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing ABA organization with a collaborative and supportive team. Responsibilities Conduct functional behaviour assessments and ongoing evaluations Develop and implement individualized behaviour intervention plans (BIPs) Supervise and train RBTs and behaviour technicians Collaborate with families, caregivers, and schools to ensure treatment consistency Track and document client progress, adjusting programming as necessary Maintain compliance with insurance, ethical, and organisational standards Qualifications Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills Passion for helping children with ASD and their families Ability to balance a caseload in a dynamic environment What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Ongoing professional development and growth opportunities Supportive administrative and clinical leadership team A compassionate and mission-driven work culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
