Now Hiring: Hands-On Plant Operations

I’m working with a growing, family-owned manufacturing organization that’s looking to bring on a working Plant Operations Leader who thrives on being in the action — not behind a desk.

This is a highly hands-on role (~70% on the floor) where you’ll lead day-to-day operations across production, material handling, shipping/receiving, and equipment support. If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves, troubleshooting equipment, improving processes, and keeping operations running efficiently and safely — this is the kind of environment where you can make a real impact.

You’ll also play a key leadership role (~30%) — supervising, mentoring, and developing the team , while helping drive production schedules, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Can wear multiple hats and drive solutions independently

Bonus points for experience in plastics, recycling, or heavy industrial manufacturing — and for candidates comfortable working in a multicultural environment .
