You will lead the end-to-end product journey for significant institutional clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams, influencing product strategy, and driving the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities. Together, we will deliver innovative solutions and set new standards for client data exchange.Job responsibilities:Lead the joint book of work for a major institutional client, acting as the primary product contactBuild and maintain trusted relationships with client operational, technology, and middle office teamsTranslate complex client requirements into actionable product deliverables and influence roadmap prioritiesOwn and drive the product vision and roadmap for client data distribution productsAuthor scope documents and business requirements, ensuring accurate lifecycle event capture and data distribution formats (API, SWIFT, XML, FIX, CSV)Identify and implement product improvements to enhance straight-through processing and reduce manual interventionNavigate and influence a complex matrix organization, aligning stakeholders towards shared outcomesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Experience in product management or product ownership within financial servicesDeep understanding of post-trade operations, including trade lifecycle, settlements, corporate actions, and asset servicingBackground in asset management or investment management operations, supporting Securities Services functionsProven experience managing large-scale client engagements and program deliveriesAbility to navigate and influence complex matrix organizations through expertise and relationshipsStrong data analysis skills and working knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data analytics in financial servicesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and JIRAUnderstanding of software development life cycle in agile and waterfall methodologies3+ years’ experience in Securities Services business support across product, operations, or technologyPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Experience in Instruction Capture with familiarity across SWIFT, FIX, XML, and CSV formatsHands-on exposure to AI tools, data platforms, or intelligent automation in financial servicesExperience with derivatives lifecycle management or expert systems for instruction capturePrior collaboration with a Chief Data & Analytics Office or equivalent data governance functionExperience working in a diverse and inclusive environmentAdditional professional certifications relevant to product management or data analytics JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
