Job Full Description

Are you an experienced welder looking to grow your career in manufacturing or construction? Express Employment Professionals is hiring MIG Welders, TIG Welders , and Fabricators for multiple companies in and around Lincoln, NE. These are full-time, evaluation-to-hire positions with long-term potential.


Job Responsibilities:

• Weld and fabricate metal structures and components using MIG, TIG, or stick welding techniques
• Assemble parts using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Use plasma cutting equipment to cut metal pieces to spec
• Solder or braze metal parts as needed
• Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards
• Perform routine maintenance on welding and fabrication tools
• Support team goals and complete other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as a welder or fabricator in a manufacturing or construction setting required
• Proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, or both
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Schedule & Pay:

• Positions available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
• Pay based on experience and skill level
• Weekly pay
