Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience required
• Experience with billing, Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), bookkeeping, or related accounting functions
• Previous oil and gas or professional services experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with Sage accounting software required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision

Job Duties

• Record financial and numerical data to maintain accurate accounting records
• Ensure financial information is entered accurately and completely
• Prepare and enter journal entries
• Generate accounting reports for cash receipts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, and profit and loss statements
• Reconcile bank accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Identify and report differences or issues within financial records
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and records
• Assist with additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned
