Inventory & Sales Support Manager — Full-Time

Seacoast Ebikes | Newington, NH

Seacoast Ebikes is New England's #1 e-bike-only dealer, carrying premium brands including Specialized Turbo, Riese & Müller, Tern, Urban Arrow, Mondraker, Aventon, Velotric, and Gazelle. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a hands-on Inventory & Sales Support Manager to own the flow of product from the loading dock to the showroom floor — and to help our customers find the right bike once it's there.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a full-time, year-round position — not seasonal. You'll be the person who keeps our inventory organized, accurate, and beautifully displayed, while also stepping in to support our sales team on the floor. It's a physical, hands-on role for someone who takes pride in a well-run stockroom and enjoys working directly with customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Receive, inspect, and process all incoming inventory shipments

- Build and maintain accurate, attractive displays on the sales floor

- Stock, organize, and maintain inventory in the showroom and stockroom

- Track inventory levels and flag reorder needs

- Support the sales team on the floor, helping customers find the right bike

- Maintain accurate inventory records in our point-of-sale system

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

- Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs regularly

- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with hands-on physical work

- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with customers

Preferred:

- Previous experience with Lightspeed Series R

- Experience in bike retail or another inventory-heavy retail environment

COMPENSATION

Pay is competitive with experience and above the industry standard for this role. This is a full-time position — not seasonal.
