About the Role

Water Wizard USA is growing rapidly across South Florida. We are seeking an experienced Irrigation Specialist to install, troubleshoot, and maintain residential and commercial irrigation systems. Key Responsibilities

• Install & Upgrade: Set up drip lines, spray heads, rotors, smart controllers, and full systems.
• Diagnose & Repair: Troubleshoot low-pressure issues, locate hidden leaks, and repair faulty valves, timers, and wiring.
• System Maintenance: Perform routine tune-ups, audits, and backflow/efficiency adjustments.
• Digital Reporting: Use the Tapigo app to log work orders, inspect systems, and track materials.
• Client Communication: Explain necessary repairs or upgrades clearly to homeowners and property managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in irrigation installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong familiarity with major brands ( Rain Bird, Hunter, Toro ) and smart controllers.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical/wiring issues and valve locations independently.
• Preferred (Bonus Points): Bilingual (English/Spanish), Backflow Certification, or Florida-Friendly Landscaping knowledge.

Schedule & Location

• Schedule: Monday – Thursday (Occasional Fridays and weekends for emergency calls).
• Base Location: Boynton Beach, FL (Field travel across Palm Beach, Broward counties).

Green Image is a commercial grounds maintenance and tree service company based in Boca Raton. We service HOAs, condominium associations, office parks, and commercial property portfolios across Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade. No residential work.

Our irrigation division is growing and we are hiring an experienced irrigation technician to run service calls independently. You get a company truck, a stocked parts inventory, and a route of commercial properties.

What you will do

Wet checks and system inspections on commercial properties
Diagnose and repair mainlines, laterals, valves, solenoids, and heads
Troubleshoot controllers, including 2 wire and conventional systems
Locate and repair wire faults
Map and document systems using our tablet software
Photograph and log every repair the same day it is completed
Flag upgrade and repair opportunities to the account team

What you need

2 or more years of commercial irrigation service experience
Working knowledge of Rain Bird, Hunter, and Toro controllers
Valid Florida driver license with a clean record
Ability to read an as built and troubleshoot a system without one
Comfortable using a phone or tablet for work orders and photos

Helpful but not required

Backflow tester certification
FIS certification
Pump station experience
Familiarity with South Florida water restriction schedules
