Company Description Tathya is an early-stage company building the operating intelligence for AI-native organizations. What you will do We're looking for a Marketing & Sales Manager to own how we reach the right leaders and bring them in, from first impression on LinkedIn to a signed engagement. This is a builder role for someone who can run a great event, write content that resonates with founders, and carry a deal end to end. Events Plan and run leadership dinners, founder roundtables, workshops, and speaking opportunities from concept through follow-up Identify the conferences, communities, and forums where Tathya should have a presence Manage logistics, promotion, on-site execution, and lead handoff; track what's working Marketing (social media) Own Tathya's social media presence across platforms, starting with LinkedIn, including the company page and the founder's profile Create and publish content that builds credibility with founders and CEOs and drives inbound interest Inbound pipeline Respond to and qualify incoming interest quickly and with care Nurture prospects through thoughtful, well-timed follow-up Keep the CRM clean and pipeline reporting accurate Outbound pipeline Build targeted lists and run outbound sequences across LinkedIn and email Book and run discovery conversations — this work requires listening, not a pitch deck Carry engagements through to close and partner with the founder on positioning and ICP 2. What we're looking for Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally selling or marketing around organizational strategy, leadership development, or org/people functions A track record of generating and closing pipeline — not just running campaigns Strong writing and a feel for what resonates with founders and senior leaders on LinkedIn Comfort owning events end to end Comfort selling into ambiguity — Tathya is early‑stage, and you'll help shape how we go to market Self‑directed and entrepreneurial; motivated by outcomes over activity Familiarity with a CRM [e.g. HubSpot] and outbound tools [e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo] 3. Nice to have An existing network in the founder, executive, or leadership‑development ecosystem Experience selling high‑touch, premium professional services or programs Genuine resonance with how we think about leadership and human performance 4. Compensation and Structure Commission‑based: competitive percentage of closed revenue; structure negotiable by experience and deal type Equity: may be offered for the right candidate who wants to grow with Tathya as we scale Structure: open to part‑time, fractional, or full‑time — we care about results, not hours 5.
