This opportunity is perfect for experienced professionals ready to work in a fast-paced environment and float between multiple facilities.Quick Facts:Location: Bossier City, LA (2400 Hospital Drive)Start Date: 07/27/2026End Date: 10/24/2026Shift: 8-Hour Days (Monday - Friday, 0700-1530)Weekly Hours: 40Employment Type: ContractExperience: Minimum 3 years RN experience, with at least 1.5 years in Cath Lab within the last yearPay & Benefits:Hourly Pay Rate: $67.00Benefits: Competitive Pay PackageWeekly Pay Schedule via Direct DepositComprehensive Medical Benefits (W-2)Robust Referral Bonus ProgramPaid Sick Time in accordance with applicable lawsLicensure, Certification, Travel, and other reimbursements when applicableWhat You'll Do:Provide high-quality patient care in a Cath Lab environment, including diagnostic and complex intervention proceduresMix of circulating, scrubbing, and hemodynamic monitoring dutiesSupport patients with conditions such as coronary artery disease, STEMI, valvular disease, peripheral vascular issues, and structural heart procedures (e.g., TAVR, MitraClip)Administer vasoactive drugs and sedation under supervisionMaintain sterile technique and utilize advanced imaging equipment and monitorsFloat between Willis Knighton Pierremont and Bossier City facilities, supporting various high-acuity casesWhat You Need:Required:Valid Louisiana RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certificationsMinimum 3 years RN experience with relevant Cath Lab work, including scrubbing and monitoringStrong skills in vascular and cardiac interventionsValid driver's license for facility floatingPreferred:Experience with Merge hemodynamic monitoring systemsFamiliarity with specialty equipment such as Impella, Rotoblater, IABP, Pnumbra, Laser atherectomyAbout the Assignment:This assignment involves floating between two prominent healthcare facilities in Louisiana, supporting complex cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures. The role requires versatility, technical expertise, and the ability to adapt to diverse case types.
