Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse – Rehabilitation Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse who will supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care. The RN will build meaningful relationships with patients and families, understand their unique needs, and collaborate across departments to ensure coordinated care. The RN will also provide direct patient care when needed, serve as a resource for fellow staff, and support them with complex patient needs and inquiries. Responsibilities Supervise care and treatments. Lead patient assessments. Tailor care plans. Address patient concerns to provide exceptional care. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families. Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments. Provide direct patient care as needed. Serve as resource for fellow staff, supporting complex patient needs. Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients. Qualifications Valid RN license required as per state regulations. CPR certification (ACLS preferred). CRRN certification preferred. One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.
