Location: Bristol, PA onsite in office

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm; need flexibility for coverage as early as 4am-6:30pm occasionally
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Dispatch Scheduler to support transportation operations throughout Bucks County and surrounding areas. This dual-role position is ideal for someone with a transportation, logistics, paratransit, or dispatching background who enjoys coordinating schedules while also providing safe and reliable transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch daily transportation services, monitor routes, and make real-time adjustments as needed
• Coordinate vehicle assignments, maintain operational coverage, and utilize dispatch software (Ecolane experience preferred)
• Safely transport passengers throughout Bucks County and surrounding areas while delivering exceptional customer service
• Conduct vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness standards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and management regarding service updates and operational needs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Transportation, dispatching, logistics, or fleet operations experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Bucks County and surrounding areas, with excellent navigation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with dispatch technology and computer systems; Ecolane experience is a plus
