Nursing Staff Coordinator

About the Role:

As a Nursing Staff Coordinator , you will play a vital role in scheduling available employees to meet our facility's needs. Your responsibilities will include preparing schedules for new employees, documenting daily activities, tracking vacation time and absences, and attending meetings and in-services as required. You will also be responsible for performing other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Excellent communication skills

• Computer skills and ability to record information

• Ability to comply with departmental safety policies and procedures

• Ability to perform work tasks within the physical demand requirements of the position

• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
