Role Description The Office Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Fuquay-Varina, NC. This role is responsible for managing daily office operations, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support to office staff and leadership. Typical tasks include organizing and maintaining files and records, preparing and updating documents, data entry, and assisting with scheduling, calendars, and meeting coordination. The Office Administrative Assistant will help process incoming and outgoing mail, support basic billing or invoicing tasks under supervision, and ensure office supplies are stocked and organized. The role requires consistent communication with internal teams, customers, and vendors to support efficient workflow and a professional office environment.
