Senior Program AnalystArcticom, LLC a company within the BSNC family, is currently seeking a qualified Senior Program Analyst for the Ground Based Air Defense Engineering and Logistics Contract at Quantico, VA. The Senior Program Analyst will provide data analysis liaison support of program-level activities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. Other duties may be assigned.• Provide data analysis liaison support of program-level activities to include:Systems EngineeringRisk analysis and managementSafety Analysis and AssessmentProduction ManagementModeling and SimulationSchedulingTestingCyber Security Assessment and ManagementSoftware Management• Perform system integration that includes:Technical ReviewsMilestone ReviewsProgram ReviewsNew Program DevelopmentProgram Strategy DevelopmentProgram Execution Management• Facilitate assessments of Cruise Missile Defense Systems (CMDS), Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS), Counter-Rocket, Artillery, Mortar (C-RAM), Maneuver Short Range Air Defense (MSHORAD) and Air Defense missile-related-acquisition programs to support organizational planning and development within PM GBAD.Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications (applies to both this section and KSAO's):Knowledge and understanding of the GBAD Family of SystemsBachelor's Degree10+ years' experience in technical project/program managementDemonstrated leadership and effective written and oral communication skillsMust be fluent with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams and MS ProjectDemonstrated experience managing acquisition support and sustainment initiativesKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics:This position requires an Active SECRET security clearance.Preferred:PMP, PgMP, PfMP – Project / Program / Portfolio Management ProfessionalCertified Agile Scrum MasterMaster's degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.Necessary Physical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
