IT Field Support Engineer (Level 2)

Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Field Support Engineer (L2) to provide onsite technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and maintain end-user devices and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite L2 technical support to end users.
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
Resolve Windows OS, application, and network connectivity issues.
Perform hardware replacement, break/fix, and basic network troubleshooting.
Support Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and user account-related issues.
Respond to service requests and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
Coordinate with remote support teams and vendors when required.
Maintain proper documentation of incidents and support activities.

Required Skills

2–4 years of experience in IT Field Support, Desktop Support, or Deskside Support.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, desktops, laptops, and printers.
Experience with hardware troubleshooting and software installation.
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel to client sites and provide onsite support as required.
