Salesforce AdminLocation: Atlanta, GA / 95% remote work / Need localsDuration: 12 monthsClient: Emory University - AtlantaVisa Restrictions: NoneSub Vending: YesPay Rate: $50 - $53/Hr on C2CBill Rate: $65Candidate must reside within 25 miles of job location.Required SkillsMUST HAVES (TOP 3): Salesforce Sales Cloud Dev and Admin Apex Programming and Flow Builder Salesforce Admin CertificationNICE TO HAVES: Agentforce Data Cloud/Data 360Job Description Responsibilities:Serve as a system administrator and developer for multiple Salesforce orgs & environmentsHandle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasksCustom Apex Programming add custom business logic and automate processes for standard and custom objects like Accounts and ContactsComplete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgradesManage Salesforce data feeds and other integrationsCoordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requestsWork with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activitiesAssist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organizationEffectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teamsWork independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirementsPerform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and client requirementsTranslate business requirements into Salesforce solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platforms and productsProvide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed Salesforce solutionsQualificationsBachelor's degree requiredA minimum of 5 years of Salesforce Administrator and Developer experienceStrong understanding of the Salesforce platform and must include Sales CloudActive Salesforce certifications (Admin required, advanced admin preferred, Platform App Builder a plus)Salesforce Administrator experience: Administration of users and role hierarchyDefining and managing security model and controlsConfiguring page layouts, workflows, validation rules, record typesExperience with Process Builder and FlowCreating and maintaining reports and dashboardsManaging multiple sandbox environmentsDataloaderData Cloud and Agentforce a plusExperience working on different projects simultaneously, and capable of cultivating collaborationExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills with a proven ability interacting with all levels of management, stakeholders, support personnel, and customers
