Regional Sales Manager (East Ohio)

Our portfolio of technologies spans the full spectrum of hearing care, from distinct hearing brands and digital platforms to managed care, hearing centers and diagnostics locations.

Lead and manage sales activities within an assigned geographic region to achieve revenue, profitability, customer acquisition and retention objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop territory plans, identify market opportunities, prioritize target accounts and establish sales strategies.

• Own territory revenue, bookings and/or quota targets. Drive new business while expanding existing customer relationships.

• Identify prospects, develop pipelines and lead sales opportunities from prospecting through close.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field preferred.

• 5+ years of progressive sales experience, preferably in B2B sales.

• Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Experience managing a geographic territory or multi-location sales organization.

• Strong experience with pipeline management, forecasting and CRM systems.

• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.

• Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into business actions.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
