Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant who thrives on building strong partnerships, delivering exceptional candidate experiences, and developing innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent. This contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced recruiter who can operate as a trusted advisor to business leaders while managing full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of professional and technical roles.

Location: Milwaukee, WI Hybrid Preferred (3 days onsite) 

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition through offer, onboarding, and candidate engagement.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition best practices, labor market trends, compensation considerations, and hiring strategy.
• Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines utilizing sourcing tools, LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot and approved recruiting workflows to support sourcing, screening, communication, and process consistency.
• Champion AI adoption within Talent Acquisition by sharing best practices, participating in adoption initiatives, and identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Analyze recruiting metrics, hiring trends, and pipeline data to drive recruiting effectiveness and support workforce planning decisions.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit.
• Manage requisition workflows, approvals, candidate tracking, and reporting within ATS and VMS platforms.
• Influence hiring decisions through market intelligence, talent insights, and compensation recommendations.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process.
• Support cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives related to Talent Acquisition.
• Facilitate supplier communications, candidate reviews, interview coordination, onboarding, offboarding, extensions, and assignment changes for contingent workforce needs.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies.
• Strong sourcing expertise utilizing LinkedIn, ATS platforms, social media, networking, and Boolean search techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to build candidate pipelines for professional, technical, and business roles.
• Experience using recruiting technologies including ATS, CRM, and sourcing platforms.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging recruiting metrics to support decision-making.
• Knowledge of employment laws, EEO requirements, and recruiting best practices.

The base range for this contract position is $35.00 - $45.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires across all U.S. locations.
