Consignment Specialist

Camping World is seeking a Consignment Specialist to join our growing team.We are looking for a Consignment Specialist, who will be primarily responsible for the acquisition of used inventory from the public and exceeding customer expectations.What You’ll Do:Facilitate the acquisition of used inventory from the publicStrong customer service with the ability to exceed customer expectationsWhat You’ll Need to Have for the Role:Proven success in sales with a winning attitudeWillingness to learn all about campers and the camping lifestyleReliable, highly motivated, strong work ethic with the ability to work independentlyStrong communication skills, verbal and writtenAbility to listen and provide solutions to ultimately finalize salesBasic computer skills requiredMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devicesGeneral Compensation DisclosureThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below. This position is eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay.
