Description Tasca Chevrolet in Wheeling is seeking an experienced, results-driven BDC Manager to guide our team in lead generation and customer engagement efforts. You'll train and mentor your team while playing a crucial role in our continued growth and delivering exceptional customer service. Great opportunity! Competitive salary and benefits! - Lead and manage the daily operations of the BDC team, ensuring high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Train, coach, and mentor BDC representatives to enhance their performance and skill development.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads for Sales.
- Monitor and analyze BDC performance metrics, providing regular reports to management
- Oversee customer follow-up processes to ensure timely and effective engagement
- Collaborate with the Sales and Service departments to create an exceptional and seamless customer experience.

- Previous experience in Business Development Center (BDC)
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

- Able to train and motivate the team
- Proficiency with auto dealership management systems
- Maintains professional appearance
- Understand and follow company policy and procedures
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A.
- Must pass pre-employment background checks and screenings
