Production Supervisor 3rd Shift

Lead the Team. Drive Results. Make an Impact. We’re looking for a hands‑on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast‑paced production environment. This role is responsible for supervising employees, meeting production goals, driving safety and quality initiatives, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. This position is on 3rd shift ($80k-$90k - DOE) Responsibilities Lead and develop production employees Ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are achieved Monitor production schedules and staffing needs Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams Track production metrics and drive improvements Conduct shift meetings and maintain production documentation Qualifications 3+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience Experience leading hourly production employees Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Knowledge of safety, quality, and production processes Metal stamping, automotive, or high‑volume manufacturing experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
